Hello everyone! We're thrilled that you've chosen Campus Childcare for your little one. We're Michael and Paige Sanchez, the proud owners and operators of this brand new child care facility. As parents of a toddler, we understand the challenges of finding reliable and trustworthy child care, and we've made it our mission to provide a solution for families in the Grants Pass area.
About five years ago, we relocated from the Bay area to Southern Oregon. We're high school sweethearts who share a love for the outdoors, spending time with our three dogs, and traveling. Ever since our son was born, we've been passionate about giving him a fulfilling, nurturing, and playful childhood.
Michael brings a background in law enforcement and a strong focus on child safety. Paige is a Registered Nurse, with experience both in outpatient and inpatient care. Together, we combine our expertise to serve you and uphold our core values: treating others with kindness, always striving for excellence, and doing what's right.
We're excited about creating an environment where your child can grow, play, and laugh. At Campus Childcare, we aim to provide a space that promotes growth, nurtures imagination, and ensures the safety and well-being of every child. Hello, I'm Sarah Perea, and I've spent the majority of my life in southern Oregon. Growing up in a large family of eleven, I've been involved in caring for young children throughout my life. As a mother, I understand the significance of finding a nurturing environment that upholds the same high standards as a parent. My journey into parenthood took a new turn in 2017 when I became a mother to my daughter, Finely. Embracing my passion, I began my career as a nanny in 2021, with Finely by my side.
My approach revolves around helping children learn through play, encouraging their imagination, promoting kindness, and, above all, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and at home. The decision to pursue a full-time career in childcare stems from my desire to provide the highest level of care, mirroring what I would want for my own daughter.

Hello! I'm Taylor, and I am thrilled to be joining the team at Campus Childcare! Growing up in the scenic surroundings of Grants Pass, Oregon has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the outdoors, which I'm eager to share with the children here. Exploring nature, trying new foods, and embarking on adventures are some of my favorite pastimes, and I can't wait to bring that sense of excite- ment into our childcare environment.
My journey with childcare began early, as I've spent years babysitting and volun- teering at daycares and schools. It's been a joy to witness the growth and devel- opment of young minds, and I'm grateful that I can now call it my profession. In addition to my role here at Campus Childcare, I also have the privilege of teach- ing swimming lessons at Club NorthWest to children ages 3-11. Beyond just improving their swim techniques, I focus on instilling confidence in the water and practicing essential water safety skills.
One of the things I love most about working with children is the opportunity to learn from them as much as I teach. Each child brings a unique personality and perspective, making every day a new and exciting adventure. Their creativity, curiosity, and resilience never cease to amaze me. Simply put, kids are the coolest people around!
In my free time, I cherish moments with my significant other and our beloved dog, who has been a part of our family for 16 wonderful years. But I'm always eager to return to the childcare setting, where I can continue to nurture young minds and hearts. I'm looking forward to meeting new faces, caring for more children, and embarking on this fulfilling journey at Campus Childcare!
Hi there! I’m Sydney, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Campus Childcare team. Working with kids has always been my passion, and I love creating a fun, safe, and engaging space for them to learn and play.
I’ve always had a special connection with children, inspired by their energy and curiosity. At Campus Childcare, I’m dedicated to making every child’s experience memorable and enriching through educational activities, creative play, and just being there to listen.
When I’m not at work, I’m out enjoying nature, whether it’s camping or going on road trips to discover new places. These adventures keep me energized and full of fresh ideas to bring back to the kids.
Family and friends are super important to me. I love spending quality time with them, which keeps me balanced and happy. I’m also a fan of old-time country music, which adds a touch of nostalgia to my days.
In my free time, I enjoy creating fun nail designs and baking delicious treats to share. These hobbies let me relax and express my creativity.

My passion for working with children runs deep, and there's nothing quite as fulfilling as witnessing their boundless curiosity and growth each day. I take great joy in celebrating each child's unique individuality and personality, as it's a privilege to be part of their journey and serve as a positive role model. While I'm dedicated to providing exceptional childcare, I'm also focused on advancing my education in nursing, currently completing my prerequisites. This dual pursuit not only enhances my ability to care for children but also underscores my commitment to their well-being and development. Outside of work and studies, you'll often find me exploring the great outdoors, whether it's hiking through scenic trails or enjoying picnics in the park. And when I'm not outdoors, I cherish spending quality time with my cherished family and friends, creating lasting memories and moments of laughter together.
